Vegan Blondie Bombshells: Valentine’s Day 2019

I love the fact that Valentine’s Day is right after January. It’s like it was placed there as a little reward for being so darn healthy all month. Well, now it’s time to forget about your waistline and start thinking about your heart, your sweetheart that is. Make these delicious vegan blondie bombshells for your valentine, make them for your kids, heck, make them for yourself.

Vegan Blondie Bombshells
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/3 cup almond milk (not chilled)
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1- 1 1/2 cups dairy-free chocolate chips

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. In a mixing bowl, cream together both sugars, almond butter, and coconut oil. Add the vanilla extract and almond milk.
In another mixing bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients, then slowly add it to the wet ingredients, stir until combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips and then press the mixture into a greased 8×8 pan. Bake for about 25 minutes. Allow the blondie bombshells to cool completely before slicing. You can use a pizza cutter or just a regular
